PürCare recognizes that The Tennessee Department of Health has an enormous responsibility to educate and make services available to the public for individuals with co-occurring disorders and assist them as they integrate within their communities into productive citizens.

PürCare acknowledges that it takes immediate and intentional collaboration and coordination between various entities to accomplish such provision of services.

Providing an environment that fosters rehabilitation must be

interwoven with any program. PürCare goal is to assist individuals overcome adversity internal and external, provide support and counseling, and to join forces with partnering agencies and likeminded community service providers in taking measures in addressing the nation behavioral health crisis as well as offering a blueprint to offenders re-entering society after incarceration.

In addition, PürCare will provide Adult Day Care services designed to maintain and restore the person served optimal capabilities for self-care, through providing social support services.

PürCare is prepared to submit applications to deliver Outpatient and Adult Day Treatment services to those individuals referred to our program.

PürCare will address specialized substance abuse treatment and reintegration needs of the individual suffering from co-occurring disorders. By providing a safe and nurturing environment. The person served will be given the tools necessary to refrain from becoming one of many individuals entering or re-entering the state’s criminal justice and mental health systems population.
